Exchange and Refund Policy

When we at Safety Harbor Outfitters buy a quality product, we expect quality service. To ensure we are doing the best for our customers, we stand behind our products and will do our best to leave you happy with our service and products! 

Same Condition - For all exchange or refund requests, the product must be in the same condition as it left Safety Harbor Outfitters, 

All Exchange and Refund requests must start with an email and we will do our best to make things right. A Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number will be provided by email for tracking purposes. Products should never be shipped back to Safety Harbor Outfitters without an issued RMA.


Sizing Issues
Many of us, have no idea what belt size is the appropriate fit so we strongly recommend you follow the Sizing Guidelines. Our belts are custom made, but will provide an exchange including the shipping costs to get you the properly fitting belt you deserve. You deserve it! If you look good, we look good!


All refunds must be requested within 90 days by email from purchase date.

The purchaser is responsible for the product shipment to Safety Harbor Outfitters. Upon receipt, the purchase amount will be refunded to the purchaser.
